Important Back to School Information
Updated:  July 28, 2020

Holling Families,

In 2001 NE Husker Eric Crouch ran a record-breaking 95 yards to score a touchdown against the Missouri Tigers. A rushing touchdown that goes from end zone to end zone is rare, and nothing less than phenomenal.  When the players left the huddle before this a passing play was planned.  Crouch and his team were responsive to the activity on the field, escaped a near quarterback sack, and made several revisions to their original game plan to make this record-breaking play.

I share this with you not because I greatly miss Husker Football victories, which I do, but as a powerful example of the importance of shifting and pivoting in response to situations.  The world around us is shifting and as a school district, we are responding.  Just like the Huskers in 2001 we are pulling together as a team, monitoring and adjusting our game plans and will, in the end, experience successes we never knew possible.

This email outlines some of the shifts that have been made that will impact you and your child.  Please read this email in its entirety.
